Aperitif

From 5pm to 7:30pm pm you can come to enjoy the sunset and discover our Signature Cocktails.

All day dining

From 12 to 6 pm, a "daytime" menu full of surprises, designed by our Chef Tommaso

Breakfast

From 8 am to 12 noon we will be waiting for you at the castle. Breakfast is such a wonderful time, let's make it last!

Dining Experience

Our fine dining restaurant is our flagship, come and meet Chef Tommaso Sanguedolce and our Experience Manager Giusy Romano.

Museum

The castle of Ugento has existed for more than a thousand years. The messiapic walls, the Norman tower, the frescoes of 700... we have many stories to tell!

Aperitif

Between the frescoed walls or under the pergola... our aperitif is unique!
