Raised in Sambuco near Ravello, in the shade of his father’s lemon grove, Luigi Cioffi began his career in the most beautiful hotels on the Amalfi Coast such as Villa Fraulo and Villa Cimbrone and subsequently fine-tuned his skills as a bartender and mixologist in London, where he was able to experiment and hone his expertise. First at Mr. Fogg’s Residence Bar and later at Theo Randall Restaurant at the iconic Intercontinental Park Lane Hotel, Luigi has specialized in a perfect execution of the classics, but our clients are drawn above all to his inimitable twists, embellished with artisanal, homemade preparations and layered with scents from the garden.
